Another favourite, although we only supplied the bathroom, our client arranged her own fitters and planned it out herself. We communicated over the phone and via email to discuss the requirements and offered our own advice on various manufacturers that would suit the requirements. We’ve never met our client on this one, following several conversations we confirmed the order and had the goods sent down when required. Bathrooms are difficult rooms to wrangle but with proper planning you can minimise disruption, even if you never see the job.
